This contemporary coastal design was inspired by the beach town it was built in; Rosemary Beach, Florida. From the light driftwood colored cabinets to the waterfall edge island, there’s no forgetting that you’re 10 minutes from the beach. No space was forgotten about, not even the custom laundry room, which allows for ample hang dry and folding space. The his and hers master bathroom vanities allow for maximum personal space. This owner also chose floating vanities, which is one of Marquis’ specialties!
