This newly constructed spec home will sell quickly with very detailed, custom cabinetry from Marquis Milano Collection. Marquis’ project manager left no details out from the kitchen, vanities, and laundry room. Every space of this house was utilized as even a butler’s pantry was included with a wet bar. The soft finish from “Epic” in the kitchen compliments the flooring perfectly. The “White Laccato” is a nice clean touch to coordinate with the counter top and clean subway tile on the backsplash. The pantry cupboard roll outs were extra luxe with added sensor LED lighting. The bathroom vanities had an additional touch too with the LED strip lighting to illuminate the lower half. The butler’s pantry was designed efficiently to also include a user-friendly wet bar.
