Overview

This water front home was newly built in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. The finishes throughout the house are not all the same, but were kept very coastal for a more cohesive feel. This large u-shaped kitchen features 2 sinks and 2 dishwashers. Not to mention a 10 foot island! Milano Collection’s “Rockefeller” compliments the flooring in the kitchen perfectly. The laundry room was design in “Spiaggia” and has ample amount of storage and countertop space. All bathroom vanities were upgraded so the were floating. The guest and master bath were designed with extra storage with side cupboards for toiletries and cosmetics. The master bath vanity was given an ultra luxe feel with the LED strip lighting underneath. The LED strip lighting was also added to the under side of the island in the massive gaming room’s wet bar.  With a second full size fridge, wine cooler and large island – this space was designed for entertaining!
